ZTE Blade Spark with Android Nougat and fingerprint scanner launched

The Chinese smartphone maker ZTE has launched a new smartphone called ZTE Blade Spark in the US. It is the second Blade series smartphone in the US after ZTE Blade V8 Pro.

The ZTE Blade Spark features a 5.5-inch HD (720 x 1280 pixels) display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection and it is powered by a 1.4GHZ quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor. It runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system.

In the camera sections, the smartphone offers a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel focus camera on the front for selfies and video calling. The smartphone comes with 2GB of RAM, 16GB internal storage, which is further expandable up-to 128GB via micro SD card. The smartphone features a fingerprint scanner at the back of the device.

Connectivity wise, the smartphone offers 4G, Bluetooth, WiFi (802.11b/g/n), GPS, and a USB Type-C port and a 3,140 mAh battery which claims to offer up to 17 hours of talk time and 10 days of standby time.

ZTE Blade Spark is now available from AT&T mobile operator, online and in select stores at $99 approximately Rs 6,372.
