Earlier last month, ZTE Axon 8 was spotted on TENNA certification website which showed up the images and the major specifications of the device. Now once again the smartphone with the model number ZTE A2018 has been spotted on GFXBench benchmarking website. ZTE Axon 8 will succeed the ZTE Axon 7 which was launched last year in China.
According to the GFXBench benchmarking listing:
ZTE Axon 8 features a 5.5-inch QHD display that has 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and 5 finger gesture support. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 2.1 GHz quad-core processor, Adreno 530 GPU and runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system.
In the camera sections, the ZTE Axon 8 has a 12-megapixel autofocus camera and a LED flash on its rear panel while there is a 7-megapixel camera on the front. It comes with 4GB RAM, 128GB of internal storage out of which 107GB will be reserved for the users.
The GFX listing also reveals that the device has connectivity features like Bluetooth, GPS, NFC and WiFi. The handset also comes with accelerometer, compass, light, proximity and gyroscope sensors as well.
According to the TENAA listing: –
ZTE Axon 8 features a 5.5-inch display that has OLED WQHD display with 1440 x 2560 pixel resolution. It is powered by a 2.15 GHz Snapdragon 820 or 821 processor. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
In the camera department it has dual camera setup of a 20-megapixel and 12-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The handset comes with 4GB RAM, 64GB/128GB/256GB of internal storage, expandable storage via a micro SD card,
The device measures 151.7 x 75 x 7.7 mm and it weighs 170 grams. Connectivity wise the smartphone equips with 4G-LTE, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS/A-GPS, a micro USB port and 3320mAh battery.
