Xiaomi Mi S surfaced with 4.6-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 821, 4GB RAM


The Chinese company Xiaomi announced its Mi MIX smartphone in October, 2016 and now, it is rumoured to be working on the Xiaomi Mi S smartphone.

Based on rumored specifications:-

The Xiaomi Mi S will have a 4.6-inch Full HD display with the resolution of 1920×1080 pixels, 600 nits brightness. It will be powered by 2.35GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 821 64-bit processor with Adreno 530 GPU and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) / 7.0 (Nougat) with MIUI 8. It will have Dual- SIM functionality and will support Fingerprint sensor.


In the rear side of the device it will have a 12MP camera with dual-tone LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, Sony IMX378 1/2.3-inch sensor, PDAF, 4K video recording, 120fps slomo at 720p and a front-facing camera of 4MP with 2um pixels, f/2.0 aperture, 80-degree wide-angle lens, 1080p video recording.

The device will also have 4GB DDR4 RAM, dimension of 128.3x64x8.2mm and weighs 138g ,internal storage capacity of 128GB internal (UFS 2.0). Connectivity wise, Xiaomi Mi S will feature 4G VoLTE , WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4/5 GHz) MU-MIMO, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, USB Type-C and will be powered by 2600mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0.
