A mid-range selfie-focused smartphone from Vivo namely has been launched Y66.
Vivo Y66 features a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) 2.5D curved glass display and is powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 ( 4 x 1.2 GHz Cortex A53 + 4 x 1.5 GHz Cortex A53) 64-bit processor with Adreno 505 GPU. It runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with Funtouch OS 3.0.
In the rear side of the device it has a 13MP camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture and in the front side it has a 16MP camera for selfie with soft flash, f/2.0 aperture. It equips with3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, expandable memory up to 256GB with microSD.
It has split-screen feature for multitasking and a unique eye protection mode that ensures comfortable screen brightness by reducing blue light that causes strain on the eyes. The device has unibody metal design, is just 7.6mm thick and comes with Hybrid Dual SIM (Micro + nano/microSD).
The smartphone measures 153.8 x 75.5 x 7.6mm; Weight: 155g. Connectivity it has 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and 3000mAh (non-removable) battery.
The Vivo Y66 comes in Crown Gold and Rose Gold colors and it costs Rs. 14,990 and will be available across India starting from March 20th, Monday.
