Upcoming Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) spotted in GFXBench benchmark

A new Samsung smartphone carrying a model number of SM-J727V alleged to be the Galaxy J7 (2017) has appeared on Zauba which is India’s import/export tracking website in October, 2016. The smartphone also received the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) and Wi Fi certification which revealed that the device will run on Android 7.0 Nougat.

Now, the smartphone received certification from the GFXBench Benchmark which revealed almost all the technical specifications of the smartphone.

According to the benchmark’s data: –

The Galaxy J7 (2017) will have a 5.5-inch 720p touchscreen and is powered by the Samsung Exynos 7870 chipset (with a 1.5 GHz octa-core Cortex-A53 CPU and ARM Mali-T830 GPU). It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat.

In the rear side of the device it has an 8MP camera and in the front side it has a 5MP camera for selfie. The device has also 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage.

Interestingly, the Galaxy J7 (2017) model was already passed through Geekbench which, revealed that the smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 625 SoC. So it is expected that the device will be arrived in two versions and one of them will go on sale in the US by AT&T, Verizon, and US Cellular.

Right now we don’t have any info regarding it’s announcement and availability. But the smartphone is expected to be launched soon.
