Last month, a rumor hits the web which revealed that the upcoming device Samsung Galaxy S8 will be announced on 18th April, 2017 and according to a tipster Ricciolo, the smartphone Samsung Galaxy S8 will be officially announced on 29th March, 2017 and it will be available in between 24th April and 30th April, 2017 and the cost of the device starts from $849 (Rs. 57,800 approx.).
Recently, tipster Ricciolo said that Samsung decide to hold multiple-city launch events in the US and somewhere in the EU. There’s also mention of a ‘record breaking marketing campaign’. Now some live images of the Samsung Galaxy S8 surfaced over the web on Venturebeat by @Evleaks which reveals almost everything about the device including images, specifications and launch dates.

Samsung Galaxy S8 features a 5.8-inch Quad HD+ (2560×1440 pixels) curved Super AMOLED pressure sensitive display and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 / Octa-Core Samsung Exynos 9 Series 8895 processo rand runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat).
It has Dual SIM functionality and comes with 4GB RAM, 64GB internal memory, expandable memory with microSD. In the rear side of the device it has a 12MP Dual Pixel rear camera with LED Flash, f/1.7 aperture and in the front side it has an 8MP camera, f/1.7 aperture for selfie.
It equips with 3.5mm headphone jack, Heart rate sensor, Fingerprint sensor, Iris scanner, Barometer, IP68 ratings water and dust resistance. Connectivity wise it features 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, GPS with GLONASS, USB 2.0, NFC and 3000mAh battery with fast Charging both on wired and wireless (WPC and PMA) charging.
It is expected that both the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ smartphones are expected to be unveiled on March 29 at an event in New York. It is said that the Galaxy S8 with a 5.8-inch display will cost €799 (US$ 850 / Rs. 56830 approx.) and the 6.2-inch S8+ will cost €899 (US$ 956 / Rs. 63,947 approx.) and both the phones are expected to go on sale on April 21.
Samsung is reportedly aiming to ship 60 million units for the Galaxy S8 this year.
