Sony Xperia L2 announced with 5.5-inch display, 3GB RAM, fingerprint sensor

A new affordable smartphone from Sony namely Xperia L2 launched at the CES 2018 which is the successor of the Xperia L that was launched back in 2013.

Sony Xperia L2 features a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 Pixels) HD display with Image Enhance Technology, Corning Gorilla Glass protection and is powered by 1.5GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737T processor with with Mali-T720 GPU. It runs on Android 7.1.1 (Nougat).

In the camera sections, the smartphone offers 13MP auto focus rear camera with LED Flash, 1/3.06″ sensor, f/2.0 aperture lens and 8MP front-facing camera with 120° wide-angle f/2.4 aperture lens, 1/4″ image sensor for selfie. It comes with 3GB RAM, 32GB internal memory and expandable memory up to 256GB with microSD.

Sony Xperia L2 measures 150 x 78 x 9.8mm and weight: 178g. Connectivity wise the smartphone offers Dual SIM (Optional), 4G VoLTE , Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio, Fingerprint sensor and 3300 mAh battery with Qnovo Adaptive Charging.

The Sony Xperia L2 comes in Black, Gold and Pink color options. It will be available at the end of this month. At the moment we don’t have any info regarding its price.
