In the beginning of this month, a rumor hits the web which revealed that the upcoming device Samsung Galaxy S8 will be announced on 18th April, 2017 and recently according to a tipster Ricciolo, the smartphone Samsung Galaxy S8 will be officially announced on 29th March, 2017 and it will be available in between 24th April and 30th April, 2017 and the cost of the device starts from $849 (Rs. 57,800 approx.).
Two days ago, tipster Ricciolo said that Samsung decide to hold multiple-city launch events in the US and somewhere in the EU. There’s also mention of a ‘record breaking marketing campaign’. Now some live images of the Samsung Galaxy S8 surfaced over the web on Venturebeat by @Evleaks which reveals almost everything about the device including images, specifications and launch dates.
According to the leak, Samsung is decided to launch two versions of Galaxy S8. The bigger versions come with 6.2 inch display while the smaller versions comes the 5.8-inch display. Both variants will have the QHD Super AMOLED displays with curved edge display on both sides with a screen to body ratio of 83% with no home button and no flat display variant. The smartphone equips with 18.5:9 aspect ratio and finally it’s display will be supporting the pressure sensitive touch, but only to the lower portion of the display.
Galaxy S8 (in US) is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor along with 4 GB of RAM and at least 64 GB of expandable storage space. A USB C type port and 3.5 mm audio jack is present at the bottom along with stereo speakers. The bigger version will feature a 3500 mAh battery while the smaller versions will have a 3000 mAh battery.
The price of the smaller Galaxy S8 will be €799, while the bigger handset will go for €899.

The camera section of the Samsung Galaxy S8 will include a rear camera of 12MP and a front-facing camera of 8MP and also features fingerprint sensor at the back.
