Samsung Galaxy J5 Pro launched in Thailand with 3GB RAM

Last month, Samsung has launched its three smartphones under Galaxy J series namely Samsung Galaxy J3, Galaxy J5 and Galaxy J7 (2017) in Europe. Now it has launched a bit updated version of Galaxy J5 2017 called Samsung Galaxy J5 Pro in Thailand.

The Samsung Galaxy J5 Pro features a 5.2-inch HD Super AMOLED display that comes with 1280×720 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1.6 GHz Octa-core Exynos 7870 processor with Mali T830 MP2 GPU. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system and also offers a fingerprint scanner, which is integrated into the home button on its front.

In the camera sections, Galaxy J5 Pro offers a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, f/1.7 aperture and a 13-megapixel camera with LED flash, f/1.9 aperture in the front as well. The smartphone comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage that can be expanded up-to 256 GB via a micro SD card.

Connectivity wise, the Galaxy J5 Pro dual sim slot, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and a 3000 mAh battery.

The price of the phone is THB 9,990 in the country which is approximately Rs 19,027. At the moment we don’t have information about its availability in other global markets.
