Samsung Galaxy J3 Prime launched with Android Nougat in US

Samsung launched a budget friendly smartphone in the ‘J Series’ called Galaxy J3 Prime in the US.

Samsung Galaxy J3 Prime features a 5-inch (1280 × 720 pixels) HD display and is powered by 1.4 GHz quad-core Exynos 7570 14nm processor with Mali-T720 GPU. It runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat)/

In the rear side of the device it has a 5MP camera with LED Flash and in the front side it has 2MP secondary camera. It equips with 1.5GB RAM, 16GB internal memory which is expandable further via microSD card (up to 128GB).

The smartphone measures 139.7×69.85×8.89mm and weighs 148 grams. Connectivity wise the Galaxy J3 Prime include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/ac/b/g/n, USB, LTE, GPS, and Bluetooth 4.1 and 2,600mAh battery.

The company says in phone’s description “The smartphone that does everything you love and still fits your budget. Enjoy all your photos and videos on a vibrant 5-inch HD display and get to everything quickly with the streamlined layout of Easy Mode.”

The Samsung Galaxy J3 Prime will be available in Black color and is and has been made available by the company through T-Mobile and MetroPCS in the U.S. with 24-month contract at $6.00 per month and $150 (Rs. 9645 approx.) without contract. Metro PCS even offers it at a discounted price of $69 (Rs. 4436 approx.) instead of 139 after all offers.
