US carrier Cricket Wireless has launched a new Samsung smartphone called Samsung Galaxy Amp Prime 2 in the United States. It is the successor of last year’s Samsung Galaxy Amp Prime.
The Samsung Galaxy Amp Prime 2 features a 5-inch HD display with a resolution of 720×1280 pixels and is powered by a 1.35GHz quad-core processor. The smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.
It comes with 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable up to 256GB via microSD card. In the camera sections, the Galaxy Amp Prime 2 offers 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash light and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. The camera is capable of recording HD video.
Besides, the smartphone offers 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth 4.2 and a microUSB port a 2600mAh battery with a power-saving mode. The handset measures 5.55″ x 2.76″ x 0.34″.
The price of the smartphone is t $149.99 with activation (approximately Rs 9,676) and is available for purchase through Cricket Wireless.
