OPPO F5 Youth launched in India with 6-inch FHD+ full-screen display, 16MP front camera at Rs. 16990

Few days ago, Oppo the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has launched the cheaper version of a selfie-focused smartphone Oppo F5 called OPPO F5 Youth at an event in the Philippines and now the company has introduced the same smartphone in India.

OPPO F5 Youth features a 6-inch (2160 × 1080 pixels) 18:9 FHD+ full-scren 2.5D curved glass display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and is powered by a 2.5GHz Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P23 16nm processor with 770MHz ARM Mali G71 MP2 GPU. It runs on Android 7.1 (Nougat) with ColorOS 3.2.

In the camera sections, the smartphone offers 13MP rear camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture and 16MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture for selfie. It comes with A.I. beauty recognition technology that scan 200 facial recognition spots to beautify a selfie shot perfectly and also offers bokeh effect along with Face unlock

OPPO F5 Youth offers 3GB RAM, 32GB storage and expandable memory up to 256GB with microSD. It measures 156.5 x 76 x 7.5mm and weigh 152g. Connectivity wise the smartphone offers Dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS, Fingerprint sensor, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio and 3200mAh battery.

The OPPO F5 Youth comes in Black and Gold colors options and it costs Rs. 16,990. Its first will start from December 8th through online and offline stores across the country.
