Few days ago, a brand new smartphone from Asus codenamed Asus Z01HDA has been passed through the Chinese telecommunication authority TENAA. Now, Asus Z01HDA has been certified by the FCC in the US. The device’s Bluetooth SIG listing revealed that it will be called Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom.
As per the TENAA listing:-
Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom features a 5.5-inch full HD display and is powered by Snapdragon 625 chipset and runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
In the rear side of the device it has a camera of 16MP and in the front side it has a front-facing camera of 13MP. But, on the other hand according to the Bluetooth SIG listing the device will feature a dual rear camera setup with 12.2MP coupled by 13MP sensor.
The device will arrive with RAM of 2GB/ 3GB/ 4GB and internal storage capacity of 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB. The dimension of the device is 154.3×77×7.99mm and weighs 170g and 4,850mAh battery. The device will be available in Navy Black, New Crafts Silver, Luxury Gold colors options.
It is expected that Asus will officially unveil new devices in early January at CES 2017, so possibly the ZenFone 3 Zoom will be launched at CES 2017.
