HMD Global after it was granted exclusive global license to sell Nokia phones , it confirmed that it will introduce new Nokia Android smartphones at the MWC 2017 in Barcelona on February 26th. Last month, it announced its latest smartphone Nokia 6 at the cost of 1699 yuan (US$ 245) and it will be available from 19th January, 2017. Now, a new rumor hits the web which revealed that the company is going to launch a flagship device Nokia 8 code named Supreme in two versions at the MWC event which will be held on 26th February, 2017.
Last week, a report surfaced over the web which suggested that it will introduce Nokia 5, Nokia 3 and a modern version of the Nokia 3310. It mentioned some specifications of the Nokia 5. Now, a new rumor surfaced over the web which details the specifications of the budget Nokia smartphone namely Nokia 3.
Based on rumored specifications: –
Nokia 3 features a 5.2 / 5.3-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD display and is powered by 1.4GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 425 processor with Adreno 308 GPU. The device runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat).
In the rear side of the device it has a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash and in the front side of the device it has a 5MP camera for selfie. It has also 2GB LPDDR3 RAM, 16GB internal storage, expandable memory with microSD. Connectivity wise it has 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS.
Both the Nokia 5 and Nokia 3 smartphones are expected to go on sale globally sometime in March or April, including India. It is also expected that the price of Nokia 3 will be €149 ($157 / Rs. 10,550 approx.) and the Nokia 5 will be at €199 ($210 / Rs. 14,090 approx.).
