Micromax Selfie 2 launched in India with Android 7.0, 3GB RAM, fingerprint sensor at Rs. 9999

The Indian smartphone manufacturer Micromax has launched its latest selfi – focused smartphone called Selife 2 in India.

Micromax Selfie 2 features a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD On-cell IPS 2.5D curved glass display and is powered by a 1.3GHz Quad-core MediaTek MT6737 64-bit Processor with Mali T720 GPU. The smartphone runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat) OS.

In the camera sections, Micromax Selfie 2 supports 13MP autofocus rear camera with LED Flash, Sony IMX135 sensor, f/2.0 aperture and in the front side it offers 8MP front-facing camera with LED flash, OV8856 sensor that comes with Sensor, f/2.0 aperture, 84-degree wide-angle lens for capturing selfie even in low-lighting conditions. It comes with 3GB DDR3 RAM, 32GB storage, expandable memory up to 32GB with microSD.

Connectivity wise the smartphone offers 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Dual SIM, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio, Fingerprint sensor and 3000mAh battery.

The Micromax Selfie 2 comes in Black color and it cost Rs. 9999. The handset will be available from stores across India starting tomorrow, August 1st.
