A new smartphone from Meizu nemely Meizu M5S has been passed by mobile certification website TENAA in December, 2016. The device is also spotted on the China Compulsory Certification (3C). The smartphone in question was spotted in two different listings, as M612Q and M612M but revealed exactly the same specifications and recently, the smartphone has also been appeared on Geekbench, reveals some of its specifications which are similar to TENAA listing. Recently, the smartphone leaked in some live images which show both the sides of the device.
Now, the company has started to send out invites for an event, which is scheduled for February 15. So it indicates that the device will be unveiled next week. We can see the invite image which shows the device will be equipped with fast charging. Beside this there is no information about the name of the device.

The Meizu M5S will feature a 5.2-inch HD display. It will be powered by a MediaTek MT6753 chipset with octa-core 1.3GHz processor and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. In the rear side of the device it will have a camera of 13MP and a front-facing camera of 5MP.
The device will also have 2/3/4GB RAM, internal storage capacity of 16/32/64GB. The dimensions of smartphone are 148.2 × 72.53 × 8.4mm, and weighs 138g and a 2,930mAh battery. Meizu M5S will be available in various versions including silver gray, gold, and rose gold.
The price of the M5s will be RMB 999 (around $145). Right now we don’t have any idea regarding its announcement.
