Lava A93 launched with 5-5-inch display, 3000mAh battery at Rs 7999

The Indian smartphone manufacturer Lava has launched a new budget smartphone in its A-line of smartphones called Lava A93.

The Lava A93 will be available in Gold and Grey colour options and it costs Rs 7,999 and is currently listed on Lava’s official website with full specifications.

The Lava A93 features a 5.5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display, which offers pixel density of 267 ppi. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.

In the camera sections, it has an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with HDR, Photo Timer, Grid and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. Both the cameras feature LED flash. The handset comes with 2GB RAM, 16GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 32GB via micro SD card.

The handset measures 145 x 72.2 x 8.85mm and measures 152 grams. Connectivity wise the smartphone offers offers Dual SIM, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/AGPS, FM Radio, 3.5mm jack, USB 2.0, Ambient Light Sensor, G-Sensor and additional features like Smart Screenshot, Video PIP, Smart Music, Smart Gestures and  a 3000 mAh removable battery with Power Saver Mode.
