Karbonn has launched a flagship smartphone which is the successor of last year’s Aura Note 4G called Aura Note 2.
The Karbonn Aura Note 2 has a 5.5-inch HD display with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels and is powered by a 1.25GHz quad-core processor. The smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.
It comes with a Fashion app which allows users to search for an outfit by simply clicking its picture. It has video search feature and the AI engine of the app automatically recognizes the print, pattern and colour of the outfit to give relevant results/choices aggregated, lets you compare prices across various e-commerce portals.
In the camera sections, Karbonn Aura Note 2 offers a 13-megapixel auto-focus camera with LED flash on the back and a 5-megapixel fixed-focus selfie camera on the front. The handset also equips with2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage in the phone. You can expand its memory by another 32GB using a microSD card in its expandable storage slot. It doesn’t have a fingerprint sensor that was present in the predecessor.
The handset measures 115 x 78 x 8mm and weighs 174 grams. Connectivity wise, the smartphone offer Dual SIM, 4G, Bluetooth, WiFi, WiFi hotspot, GPS, a Micro-USB port, Accelerometer, G-Sensor, Proximity & Light Sensor. Further, the smartphone is compatible with VR Glasses and a 2900 mAh Li-ion battery, which claims to offer up-to 8 hours of talk time and 192 hours of standby time.
The smartphone comes in Coffee-Champagne and Black-Champagne colour options. The price of Karbonn Aura Note 2 is Rs 6,490.
