The Indian smartphone manufacturer Intex launched an affordable device Intex Cloud Gem+ at the cost of Rs. 3,299 and adds one more member in its Cloud series. The users can get the device via Snapdeal in White and Black versions. The device will also available via offline in coming days.
The device Intex Cloud Gem+ sports WVGA display of 4.0” with the resolutions of 800×480 pixels, a pixel density of 240ppi and its display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It comes with 512MB of RAM, internal storage capacity of 4GB , in which 1GB is available for the end users, it also has an externalSD card slot for further expansion of memory upto 32GB. It has a dimension of 126 x 64 x 10.3 mm and weighs around 114 grams.
It is powered by MediaTek MT6580M quad-core processor of 1.3GHz coupled with Mali-400 GPU and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop.
The camera section of the device includes a rear camera of 2MP with LED flash and a front –facing camera of 2MP.
The device also comes with pre-installed apps like Matrabhasha, i-Store, Intex Service, OLX, and Opera Mini. The smartphone supports dual sim dual standby.
It is powered by 1400mAh battery which offers upto 4 hours of talk time and upto 400 hours of standby time.
Connectivity wise, the device includes like 2G/3G HSPA+, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS and microUSB 2.0 port.
