The Indian smartphone company Intex launched the Aqua Strong 5.1+ device in India. The handset is the successor of the Aqua Strong 5.1 launched in August last year.
Intex Aqua Strong 5.1+ features a 5-inch GWCGA (480×854 pixels) display with 197ppi pixel density, and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC9832A processor. It runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow).
In the rear side of the device it has a 5MP camera with LED Flash and in the front side of the device it has a 2MP camera for selfie.It comes with MiFon Security which is a 9-in-1 security suite, VdioPlay Video aggregator app, QR Code reader and integrated smart tracking that allows users to track the phone if it is stolen/lost.
The big highlight of the device is that it is a 4G smartphone with Voice over LTE (VoLTE) support and comes with WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS. It has 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage offering with the option to expand further via a microSD card slot (up to 64GB). The handset measures 143.1×72.1×10.1mm, weight: 150.6g.
The Intex Aqua Strong 5.1+ supports dual-SIM slots (Micro + Micro/microSD), 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio and 2000mAh battery. The price of the smartphone is Rs. 5,490, and will be available in Gold and Black color option across major retail outlets in the country.
