Huawei Honor V9 passes through Bluetooth SIG, to be launched in USA

Huawei Honor V9 was launched in China in February, 2017 and is going to be announced in the US market. Today, the Huawei Honor V9 with model number DUK-L09 has been passed via the Bluetooth SIG certification. It is noted that this is the same model number which we have found for Honor 8 Pro model in a number of benchmarking sites. So it is expected that Honor 8 Pro is a re-branded version of the Honor V9.

Huawei Honor V9 features a 2.5D Quad HD curved glass display with the resolution of 2560 × 1440 pixelsn and is powered by an Octa-Core Huawei Kirin 960 processor and runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat) with EMUI 5.

In the camera sections the device comes with a 12MP & 2MP dual rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, Laser AF, f/2.2 aperture and a front-facing camera of 8MP with f/2.0 aperture. It has a fingerprint sensor on the back and also features Infrared sensor.

The smartphone sports with full metallic body, 4GB / 6GB RAM, internal storage capacity of 64GB / 128GB, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot. It has the dimension of 157×77.5×6.97mm, weighs 184g and has Hybrid Dual SIM functionality.

Connectivity wise, it features 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC, USB 2.0 Type-C and a 4000mAh battery.

Right now we don’t have any info regarding its price and announced for the USA market.
