Huawei’s subsidiary arm Honor launched a new smartphone dubbed as Honor Bee2 with 4G VoLTE supports. The Honor Bee2 is the successor of Honor Bee smartphone which was launched in India way back in 2015.
Honor Bee2 features a 4.5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) FWVGA IPS display and is powered by a 1GHz quad-core processor with MediaTek MT6735M chipset. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with EMUI 3.1 UI. The default internal storage 1GB of RAM, 16GB with 32GB increased storage via micro-SD card.
The phone comes with a Smart-key that strategically has been placed on the Left bezel of the device. Through a simple configuration, the Smart-key can open the flashlight and other applications, making life smarter and easier than ever before. The Honor Bee2 also sports a feature named ‘Rainbow Light’, which lights up when one gets a call, communicating alerts and notification in vibrant colour around the rear camera.
The connectivity features includes 4G VoLTE, WiFi hotspot, GPS, micro-USB port, and WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and a 2100mAh battery. The camera department contains two camera, a 2MP selfie camera for video chats and a 5MP rear camera with LED flash. It comes with dual-SIM network connectivity and Accelerometer sensor.
Honor Bee2 will be available for purchase from 19th April 2017 offline through Huawei’s 20,000 plus partner stores across India and will come with 15-month service warranty. The Honor Bee2 will be available in three colors – gold, white and black and its costs will be Rs 7,499 only.
