Now the company has decided to release its pink version for its home country, Taiwan and also there is no information about its availability in global markets.
The HTC One A9 sports 5”-inch (1080×1920 pixels) Full-HD IPS display with 441ppi as pixel density and Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection and is powered by 64-bit Snapdragon 617 octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow based HTC Sense 7 UI.
In the rear side of the smartphone it has a 13MP rear camera with sapphire cover lens, dual tone LED flash, PDAF, f/2.0 aperture, autofocus, OIS, BSI sensor & RAW support and in the front side it has a 4MP Ultra-Pixel shooter for video chats and selfie lovers.
The smartphone has 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage and microSD card slot for expansion up to 2TB. Connectivity wise the device features 4G-LTE, GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi, NFC and microUSB port and a 2150 mAh battery with Quick Charge 2.0 support that the company claims can last up to 16 hours of talk time and up to 18 days of standby time.
The device also sports a fingerprint sensor integrated into the physical home button for enhanced security. The dimensions of the device are just 7mm thickness weighs around 140 grams.
The sale of the device with 2GB/16GB version will be started at the cost of NTD 14,900 ($450) and its other 3GB/32GB version will be available at NTD 15,900 ($480).
The both versions will be available on 15th January, 2016.
