The HTC Desire 828 dual-SIM was launched in China last month. Also it has already announced in India last month.
Now the Indian users will get the device on 14th December, 2015 via Flipkart at the cost of Rs 19,990 ($300).
Since it is the first device in Desire series which comes with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS).

The device HTC Desire 828 dual-SIM sports a display of 5.5”with the resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, 2 GB RAM, internal storage capacity of 16 GB which can be further expanded upto 200GB via microSD.
It is powered by Mediatek MT6753 chipset with Octa-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 processor and runs on Android OS, v5.1 (Lollipop).
The camera section of the device includes a rear camera of 13 MP with autofocus, optical image stabilization and LED flash, the front-facing camera of 4MP.
It is powered by Li-Ion 2800 mAh battery.
