A new budget smartphone from Huawei’s Honor Brand called Honor Play 6 with 4G VoLTE support launched in China.
Honor 6 Play features a 5-inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and is powered by 1.4 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737T processor. It runs on an older Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system which is wrapped under EMUI 4.1.
In the camera sections, the smartphone offers an 8-megapixel rear camera with f/2.2 aperture, dual LED flash light and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash. f/2.0 aperture, 84° wide-angle lens for selfies. The smartphone comes with 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The device can also hold expandable storage via microSD card.
The device measures 143.8 x 72 x 8.85mm and weighs 150 grams. Connectivity wise the smartphone offers dual sim, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, GPS, a microUSB port and a 3020mAh battery.
The smartphone comes with White and gold colour options and it costs 599 Yuan (approximately Rs 5,880).
