Last month, a new smartphone from Gionee namely Gionee A1 which supposes to be a new series of smartphones leaked over the web that reveals the image along with all the technical specifications of the device. Few days ago, Gionee the Chinese smartphone manufacturer sent out the invites for the launch event of A1 and A1 Plus smartphones at the MWC 2017 in Barcelona on February 27th and recently some live images of the A1 hits the web in Nepal.
Now the smartphone has been spotted in Geekbench benchmark listings. The Geekbench listing reveals the smartphone will be powered by an octa-core processor, 4GB RAM, and Android 7.0 Nougat.

Gionee A1 features a 5.5-inch (1920× 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS 2.5D curved glass display and is powered by a 1.8 GHz Octa-core MediaTek processor and runs on Android 7.0 (Marshmallow) with Amigo OS 3.6.The device comes with Hybrid Dual SIM (micro + nano / microSD), 4GB LPDDR3 RAM and 64GB Internal memory which can be expanded memory up to 128GB with micro SD.
In the rear side of the device it has a 13MP camera with LED flash, PDAF and in the front side of the device it has a 16MP camera for selfie. The device features a Fingerprint sensor, Infrared sensor. Connectivity wise it comes with 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac/a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and 4010mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging.
It is expected that the Gionee A1 (along with as a Plus variant of the phone) will be officially launched at the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC).
