A new flagship smartphone from Alcatel called Alcatel 5 revealed online with its full specifications.
Alcatel 5 features a 5.7-inch HD+ FullView IPS display with a screen resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18:9. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor and runs on the latest Android 8.0 Oreo.
In the cameras sections, the smartphone offers dual front-facing cameras with a combination of 13-megapixel primary lens with f/2.0 aperture and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor with 120-degree wide-angle lens and in the rear side the device offers a 12-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash. It comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The memory can be further expanded up to 128GB via micro SD card slot.
Connectivity wise, the Alcatel 5 will offer 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth, USB Type-C port, dual-SIM and GPS. The smartphone will feature a fingerprint sensor at the rear panel and a 3000mAh battery with fast charging support.
The smartphone available in metallic black and gold colour options. Company has reported that the Alcatel 5 will be launched at the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018, which will be held in Barcelona.
